This integration lets you send candidates from Teamtailor to Fleet HR to run a package of psychometric assessments and automatically receive the result (score and recommendation) inside the candidate's profile.

Introduction

With the Fleet HR integration you can trigger a candidate's assessment directly from your Teamtailor recruitment workflow. When a candidate is moved to a configured stage, Teamtailor sends the candidate to Fleet HR, the assessment for the selected package and position is generated, and the result is written back into the candidate's profile in Teamtailor.

Before you start

• You need an active agreement with Fleet HR and access to the Teamtailor Marketplace.
• Fleet HR will provide two values required for the configuration:
  • Sucursal ID — your branch identifier.
  • Fleet HR authentication token — your authentication token.

The authentication token is private. Do not share it outside your organization.

1. Configure the integration in Teamtailor

Activate the integration under Settings › Integrations › Marketplace activations › Fleet HR and fill in the configuration fields:

1. Sucursal ID — enter your branch ID provided by Fleet HR.
2. Fleet HR authentication token — enter your authentication token provided by Fleet HR.
3. Save your changes.

To generate your Sucursal ID and API Key, log in to Fleet HR using your account credentials.

Once logged in, navigate to Settings from the top navigation bar and search for the TeamTailor Configuration section among the available settings options.
